Kapten Yoo Shi Jin adalah pemimpin tim unit warfare command khusus. Kang Mo Yun adala dokter relawan dengan Doctors Without Borders. Saat mereka bekerja bersama satu sama lain di daerah yang mana bencana dan penyakit melanda, sedangkan Shi Yoh dan Mo Yun bentrokan yang kemudian saling jatuh cinta.
